“I’m at the peak of my career” – Somizi on his return to Metro FM

Somizi Mhlongo talks about his career, projects and his return to Metro FM.

In 2021, the media personality left the station due to allegations of abuse by her ex-husband, Mohale Motaung.

Speaking to TshishaLIVE, Som explained his return to Metro FM.

He further elaborated on how he is handling his career, with the claim that he is at the peak of his career despite being ridiculed for having earned more pockets and deals.

“Metro FM doesn’t go with the wind. I’m not a radio DJ but a radio personality. It’s a kind of mutual respect.”

“If someone had to take a leaf from my life, they would understand that it never ends. I am 50 years old and at the peak of my career. I’m like the ‘it girl’ just arrived. For me, that’s what makes my career so exciting and exciting.”

“If anyone has lost hope, look at my career. I’ve had my ups and downs but more than anything, this is timeless. Making it unfinished is up to you,” he added.
