Dr. Nandipha Magudumana’s father and a former warden have been charged with fraud and murder.
Two men appeared at Bloemfontein Magistrates Court.
Zolile Cornelius Sekeleni (65 years old) was arrested at his home in the Eastern Cape while former G4S warden Senohe Matsoara (39) was arrested in Bloemfontein for helping Thabo escape from prison.
Two people allegedly killed a man in 2022 around Bloemfontein.
It is believed that the unidentified body believed to be Bester’s body in 2022 is the same body found in Bester’s cell.
Their matter has been adjourned to April 17 for further investigation and a possible bail application.
Meanwhile, Thabo has been resettled, along with Dr. Nandipha, who is believed to be his mistress.
