The beautiful social media star has opened up about her unhealthy relationship with food. She said that when she started TikTok, she was really sick.

TikToker said, “I would lose a lot of weight, then gain a lot of weight, then lose it.”

The young dancer then decided to take control of her life and health by working on her eating disorder. For Charli, losing weight wasn’t about looking good and showing off her curves, it was about fixing her eating disorder.

TikToker has taken strict measures to regain control of his life, including restricting his daily caloric intake to 1,500 calories.

What is the Charli Damelio Diet?

Charli D’Amelio eats natural, nutrient-dense foods with high-quality protein, healthy fats, and micronutrients.

Damelio doesn’t follow a strict three-meals-a-day diet, but divides his nutritional needs into five or six smaller meals. This helps her keep her metabolism high and avoid overeating.
