Adrian Zehr’s cause of death was linked to one deadly accident this happened on Friday evening. The boy has been identified as the victim of an accident between a car and a pedestrian in the town of Tazewell County.
The crash reportedly happened around 9 p.m. and Zehr was immediately rushed to OSF HealthCare Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria unresponsive, not breathing and without a pulse.
